1.
Purpose
Paid holidays for regularly employed classified employees shall be determined in
accordance with Board policy as per the collective bargaining agreement.

The Board shall grant paid holidays to classified employees according to the
calendar adopted annually by the Board or the terms of an applicable collective
bargaining agreement or compensation plan.
